When the IT department no longer has to worry about on-premise hardware that frequently fails, needs to be replaced often and is constantly needing to be upgraded, IT technicians can focus on more important tasks. Additionally, without IT departments needing to allocate extensive budget expenses towards their telecommunications system, budget can be allocated in more productive ways.

Predictable costs. 61% of survey participants said that switching to cloud communications  makes the costs associated with telecommunications predictable. There are no unexpected costs, system upgrades, replacement purchases or adding bulky hardware. Furthermore, unified communications eliminates the struggles of integrating products with multiple vendors and allows businesses to use one provider for all their communications needs rather than paying premiums to several every month.
