DHCP: Offer XX Rej Booting Ver x.xx

The following are possible casuses:

  1. The phone received an invalid response from a DHCP server.
  2. If there are DHCP servers in your network, this is not a problem. Your phone should receive a proper response from UniVoIP’s DHCP server shortly and continue its initialization.
  3. If you are a Teleworker or your company uses broadband Internet to connect to UniVoIP’s hosted PBX, your phone/s must be configured in teleworker mode.  Please refer to Teleworker Phone Configuration for detailed instructions, or contact UniVoIP’s Technical Support team.
  4. If there are no other DHCP servers in the network or if your phone stays in this state for more than a few minutes, contact UniVoIP’s Technical Support team.
