Nikkei Credit Union is a progressive, full-service financial institution serving the Japanese American Community in Southern California. We provide quality service as a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned and democratically controlled by our membership.

What were your specific needs / challenges?

Nikkei Credit Union was looking for a richer functionality set in general. Features like caller ID, an easy-to-use conference call solution, access to set up call groups and control outgoing messages and wait time music plus other customization features where high on the list.

With UniVoIP OfficeConnect, Nikkei Credit Union staff members now have access to a conference bridge for up to 125 participants, all phones have caller ID, plus other hands-on features such as phone location, call forward and many more.
