“Now we have so many useful phone system features for our office. We can transfer the call to anybody in the office and som many other really useful features like call forwarding, twinning and the conference bridge” says Owen Wong RCS Logistics Compliance Manager “In addition we saved a lot of money by switching to UniVoIP .. and the technical and customer support is great”

Improved Phone System Features and Functionality

Call forwarding, or call diversion, is a feature which redirects a telephone call to another destination, for example, a mobile telephone, voicemail box or another telephone number.

Call transfer is a mechanism that enables a user to relocate an existing call to another phone or attendant console, using a transfer button and dialing the required location. The transferred call is either announced or unannounced. Automated attendant (also virtual receptionist) allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator/receptionist (“for sales, press 1, for service, press 2,” etc.).

UniVoIP Conference Bridge is an easy to use, full-featured, and high-quality reservation-less conferencing solution that allows users to easily and effectively collaborate with remote teams.
